The return address of your store is by default Printful’s, and is based on where your package was fulfilled.
Please contact K8 Malabares to explain your case and ask us for a return address.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to info@k8malabares.com, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on products that are not damaged, misprinted or due to a change of mind on the part of the buyer.
